Simplí Finance and GDG Finserv are not regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and are not registered credit intermediaries. Because we work solely with business-to-business commercial lending, we fall outside the requirements of the Consumer Credit Act 1995.
Yes, definitely. We work with accountancy firms across Ireland to provide non-bank lending options for their clients. You stay in control of your client relationships while we take care of securing the funding. Many of the loans we arrange come through our accountant partner network.
Yes, we do. Our secured lending specialists can help with property finance and bridging loans anywhere in Ireland. Whether you’re buying a commercial property, refinancing, or covering a short-term funding gap, we’ll connect you with the right lender for your needs.
We can arrange business loans from €30,000 up to €10 million. Smaller loans are usually unsecured, while larger loans may be secured against property or assets. The exact amount depends on your company’s size, industry, and repayment capacity.
We charge a Professional Success Fee of 2% when your loan is successfully approved and drawn down. There are no upfront fees, we only get paid when you do.
We work with a wide range of Irish SMEs. To qualify, your business should:
- Be a Limited Company (we currently can’t support sole traders)
- Have at least one set of accounts filed with the Companies Registration Office (CRO)
- Generate annual revenue of €250,000 or more
