Registration with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) is required if you fall within the definition of a credit Intermediary as defined in the Consumer Credit Act 1995. As we are dealing with businesses, and business to business is commercial, we fall outside the requirement to register with the CCPC.
